US C-SOG leadership programs are meant to train new and experienced leaders in operational leadership capacity for corrections special operations Units.

Also known as the CSO Leadership college course, this program will give students the sound leadership tools necessary to lead a special operations unit in real world operations as well as how to run a day to day SOU.

Students who attend this course will be challenged to think outside of the box following demanding, proven templates.  Students will also examine and review incidents that have been both operational successes and failures from the leadership standpoint.

This program is the only program that is rated as an open school for US C-SOG with a limited amount of seats open.
