In the event that team leadership or team members have been removed or dismantled, US C-SOG has provided assistance with taking over teams on a short-term basis until qualified personnel have been selected, trained and groomed for leadership positions.  US C-SOG has also revamped teams that have undergone extensive enhancements and capabilities.

Typically this type of transition is a 30 – 90 day project length depending on needs of the unit and capability of team.
